a month agoOur dryer went out on yesterday afternoon. We called so many people and left a lot of messages. Most folks refused to come out to our town. Nick Cattuna called us back last night and came over this afternoon! He was on time, very friendly, and knew what he was doing. Told us what the problem was, and talked us through next steps. Why can’t every repair man be like Nick?!

8/29/2022Nick came out to fix both the washer and dryer that are about to 10-15 years old. My washer had water underneath it before when the load was finished, and the clothes were soaked. The dryer also was not drying well, and had gradually become slower. So he came out and fixed both of them for a lot less money than replacing them. He has extra replacement parts and put them in. Plus, He also cleaned up the area underneath them and around the areas. He's very skilled, professional, punctual, and hardworking...the job was done within a couple hours. I recommend him highly and will call him again if any further issues come up.

5/9/2022Very professional, knows what he's doing, and very responsive. He was able to get over to our rental property relatively quickly (dryer was making an awful noise), and he was able to quickly diagnose the issue. Tenants are happy and so are we.
If you have an issue with either your washer or dryer (and are in his service area), he's "your guy" to take care of it.
